The Winter Ball has been, not only a fund raising event for Christian Ministries but a time of great fun for the entire family.
Held at the Cowboy Hall of Fame,
it is a beautiful and elegant evening that has something for everyone.
It is also very affordable, and you will have the opportunity to dance
the night away to good wholesome music or learn from the pros that will
teach several different ballroom styles to get everyone up and going.
A.R.T.S. presents a program showing it's many diverse aspects of using the Arts for God's purpose!

The 11th annual Winter Ball will soon be here. Make a date with your February Valentine for Friday February 18th. It is being held again at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum in the grand ballroom.
This
is a once a year event for the entire family. A time to experience
elegance at a price you can afford. There is something for everyone:
Good food – Entertainment & Watching old and young enjoy themselves
in a wholesome and safe environment. Dress attire ranges from your
Sunday best to as formal as you would like. (Thrift stores are a good
place to look)
The
entertainment is going to be fun and inspiring with A.R.T.S.
International Dance Company premiering a new piece and many other great
entertainment treats you won't will enjoy. A great group of
singer/dancers called the Impressions will be featured throughout the
evening. Ballroom instruction from our wonderful A.R.T.S. instructors.
And of course dancing all night long (well actually the dancing begins
right after the wonderful Buffet dinner and continues until 11pm.
Toward the end of the evening a beautiful and delicious cake donated by
Tina Stepp, is served to all.
Don’t
forget to sign up at the registration table when you arrive for the
Dance Contest and win yourselves a trophy! There will be two age
categories 5-12yrs, Teen/Adult and a winner for the Waltz, Swing and
Salsa will be chosen “By our talented panel of JUDGES”.
We
need everyone to help make this year’s Silent Auction the biggest and
best yet! A.R.T.S. Foundation ministry is the beneficiary. Expansion has been
the mode for A.R.T.S. in the past several years. This year the Lord has
had us add a second location which has stretched us in many ways. We
are still working on improvements to our warehouse theater in the back
half of the building. We of course, would like that to be the finest
based on what God provides though the talent, work, gifts and donations
from His people.
If
you make things, own a business, work for a business, or will contact
businesses (see attachment with letter of intent to give buisness
owners), we need items: gift baskets, gift certificates, get-aways, and
lets add cars, boats and houses this year! Well....whatever the Lord
tells you to give? Our goal is to provide something for those who have
everything and also for those that don’t. Big or little donations are
welcome and appreciated! Please drop them off at A.R.T.S. 312 S.
Coltrane, Edmond, as soon as possible so we can organize them for this year's
auction. Include your estimated worth on each item so we will know what
to put down for the starting bid.
